Ryan Reckley brings over 20 years of parks and recreation experience to the department director position for the City of Deltona. He uses innovation to create unique programming and activity in our city and has been working towards creative opportunities in sports and recreation. He loves to be able to create park-lovers, residents who grow to use parks throughout their lifetime, and then pass that love to their children. Ryan was a scholarship player for Boston College and now enjoys watching his children compete in sports as well as the occasional fishing trip.
